We inherited Borgo San Pietro from our ancestors, and for generations, our family has cared for this land with respect and dedication.
The property extends to the edge of the Mediterranean scrub and encompasses a rich and varied landscape: a large olive grove, two vineyards, fruit trees, and numerous other elements that reflect an agricultural tradition deeply rooted in time.
The original settlement consisted of farmhouses over a century old that served agricultural and pastoral purposes. Over the years, the need arose for a renovation designed to preserve the identity of the place and breathe new life into it.
Our Farm
Our farm’s philosophy is rooted on love for our land and respect for the environment. We use sustainable farming techniques that preserve biodiversity and promote soil health.
We cultivate our olives with care and dedication, and we’ve minimized harvesting and processing times to ensure an oil with an intense flavor and beneficial properties. We don’t just grow olives—we also have a small vineyard.
